How often do drops happen?

Drops are irregular and happen once I make enough to sell. I try to do them every 2-3 months. Follow me on instagram or facebook for updates on when the next drop will be. If you are a SoCal resident I also do vendor booths at various events, mostly in San Diego. Those dates and times are also announced through my instagram.
How should I go about returning an item?

I do not accept returns or exchanges. This is agreed to through a checkbox at checkout. If you have any specific issues you can email me at psykotwerp@gmail.com.
Do you do commissions or customs?

Yes! I take commissions for almost anything- clothes, paintings, digital art, ceramics, paint jobs etc. Just email me at psykotwerp@gmail.com and we can talk about it!
Where do you ship to?

I ship to anywhere in the USA and international for a higher shipping charge.
Where is Psykotwerp based?

Psykotwerp is a one-woman-brand based out of San Diego, California. There is no physical location but I do hold vendor booths at various SoCal locations and events.
